Quality Inn Kingston Springs

Bed was comfortable. Had plenty TV channels to choose from. Place to hang your clothes and set your bags. Desk and mini fridge were handy. It was clean for the most part. Which clearly I asked for more, but kind of the fact of it.

Very nice location. Room was clean, well stocked ( appliances) and beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was simple but good and plentiful. The space is small but clean and had everything you need for breakfast.

Very surprisingly well decorated room with very comfortable bed!

I normally do not stay at Quality Inn because they do not have elevators or it looks like a motel. I had no choice this day as all the hotels in Nashville were booked. Upon arriving, I met Mrs. Nancy at the front desk who I heard tell the customer before me that she had to clean all the rooms herself. I immediately said that there is no way our room will be cleaned. After checking in, other than the spot in the carpet, the room was very clean and had no smell. The restroom was clean with no strings of hair in the tub (something I experienced at a major hotel). Mrs. Nancy called the room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. After cleaning all the rooms and doing everything by herself, she still had a great attitude and service with a smile when we checked in. We we woke the next day to attend breakfast, she was back at work with that same smile asking how did we sleep. KUDOS to Mrs. Nancy. I appreciate you for your Exceptional Customer Service......
